Business · Milwaukee Seaway Inn Seaway Inn was a popular Milwaukee gay bar and restaurant at the corner of Jefferson and Wells Streets, near the Pfister Hotel. Otto Schuler opened it in 1959 in a former vegetarian restaurant buildin
