Ed Grunewald

Ed Grunewald (died April 21, 2008) was a Madison, Wisconsin bar owner. He operated Manoeuvres in the mid-1990s and in 1998 opened the much larger Club 5 complex to meet community demand after a 1996 fire destroyed the Hotel Washington venues. Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2007, he arranged to transfer the business to manager Dave Eick before his death.
