Biography
Dave Eick became owner of Madison, Wisconsin's Club 5 in 2008 after working there as a bartender and general manager. He renamed the venue FIVE Nightclub in 2012 and, with community fundraising and rent relief, kept it operating through financial difficulties in 2014 and the COVID-19 pandemic. FIVE remained a central LGBTQ gathering place in the Madison area.
