Biography
Al Reichenberger (1940–2021) co-founded the Dangle Lounge in Madison, Wisconsin with his brother Thomas in 1966. The venue became one of the state's first and most controversial adult-entertainment bars and was the subject of repeated legal and political battles with city officials over obscenity ordinances through the 1970s. The Reichenbergers operated it until the Madison City Council forced its closure at the end of 1982.
