Sign language interpreter Tim Bowen Tim attended UW-Parkside as a computer science major, and then attended UW-Milwaukee's Sign Language Interpreting program. Tim also volunteered as a helpline operator for Innovative Youth Services in Racine from 1981 to 1987. and at the Underground Switchboard from 1988 to 1990.
