Carl Bogner

In addition to being a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee, Bogner was the Director of the Milwaukee LGBT Film Festival for most of that festival's lifetime (from about 1997 until its demise around 2017-2019). One of the earliest media articles describing Bogner's work on the festival (Wis.
