2nd Street that operated from October 1997 to January 2003. Billed in its early advertising as a bar "for Women," it was the second lesbian-oriented bar to occupy the space, which over the years hosted a long succession of LGBT establishments. The venue was open for about five years, drawing a mixed lesbian and gay crowd and hosting events and fundraisers. It continued to appear in LGBT bar guides until early 2003, after which the space was used by other businesses.
