Cheeks Disco

Richards Street that appears to have operated for only a few months in 1981. Its existence was largely lost to history until 2022, when researcher Michail Takach located a single advertisement in a 1981 issue of Gay Milwaukee. The bar was first listed in that publication's directory in early March 1981 and continued to appear with daily drink specials and disco events through the May 1981 issue. When Gay Milwaukee ceased publication shortly afterward, no further mention of the bar has been found.
