Summary
Keefe Avenue that operated from roughly 1980 to about 1984. It is remembered as a venue frequented mainly by members of Milwaukee's Black LGBTQ community. Little documentation survives. The bar advertised in GPU News between August 1980 and that publication's final issue in January 1981, and it was later listed in the directories of Escape magazine and newspaper through 1983. The building was demolished between 2014 and 2015.
