Summary

Kinnickinnic Avenue that operated from May 1991 to May 1995. It was founded by four friends—Bob Schnicker, Bruce Lemke, Bobby Cole, and Patrick Prudlow—after one of them sold her interest in the predecessor bar, Jet's Place; the name referenced the initials of three of the owners. The bar drew a mixed crowd and was especially popular with western dancers, hosting weekly line- and pattern-dancing lessons.

In May 1995 the owners held a closing party and relocated the operation to a South 2nd Street address as "B's." The Kinnickinnic building had previously housed several other LGBTQ bars, including Casablanca, Clay's Castaways, and Jet's Place.
